PROGRAMS
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM​​
The scholarship program aims to cover the educational expenses of children who are accepted into the program. This allows the children to obtain the necessary education to overcome the cycle of poverty.
FOOD PACK DISTRIBUTION
Since the pandemic began, we have switched from a feeding program to a food pack distribution so that everyone, not just our scholars, can benefit. Once a week, these food packages are made accessible to our recipients and can feed a typical family of four for at least two days.
HOUSE CHURCHES​
The pandemic gave birth to Sonshine Center's house churches. Our members were encouraged to gather for worship while lockdowns were instituted, proclaim the gospel and celebrate communion. In order to support and prepare the leaders of the house churches as they oversee their members, we also hold training sessions for them every Thursday
LEADERS IN TRAINING (LITs)​
Leaders in Training (LITs) are a group of selected youths that assist the Center's staff in administering some of Camp Sonshine's programs. A discipleship program was created to help them improve their fundamental Bible knowledge and strengthen their foundation as Christians. These LITs share the gospel message with the youngsters in their communities in a lively and exciting way.

SONSHINE KIDZ CLUB​
This is an interactive children’s church where children gather from all over the city, to learn about the love of God. Through high-energy Bible lessons, games, songs and interactive memory verse, the children learn valuable Biblical lessons that they can apply to their lives. Through small groups the children are given an opportunity to ask questions about the lesson and receive personal ministry. The youth from our Leaders in Training Program are given an opportunity to learn about leadership by assisting and leading in the Sonshine Kidz Club.
SONSHINE CHURCH​
Assembling together is a Biblical mandate, so every Sunday we gather the youth, moms, and dads for a fellowship through a worship service. We believe that nourishing the parents with the Word of God is an important aspect in bringing about the transformation of the whole family.
SONSHINE LEARNING CENTER​
This is a pre-school in the middle of the city that today has no boundaries because online and modular lessons are permitted. Our curriculum is meant to instruct, educate, and equip young children to follow God while also laying the groundwork for a successful schooling career in the future.
DAY CAMPS AT CAMP SONSHINE​
Camp activities are held throughout these three-day sessions all across the Western Visayas and nearby islands. These camps hold games, crafts, singing, dances, water games, theme days, and skits as their activities. These camps are open to all kids aged 5 to 12.
TEENS' SERVICE
The purpose of this service is to deepen the youth's awareness of who they are in God and to inspire in them a desire for discipleship and a close connection with Him. Our young people can use this opportunity to invite their peers and friends to hear the gospel.
